In the dying embers of the day I managed to capture this image of the harbour at Blyth.
Today it might even be called a marina, but it has both pleasure craft and commercial vessels moored in it.
The oil or gas rig was in for repair and fitting this into the frame was difficult., however, the most important point to this image for me was the stillness of the evening, the reflection in the water proves just how calm and still it was.
