I went out to try and capture a "blue hour" evening image in Newcastle. In my head I had it planned, I was going to take an image from the Newcastle side of the Tyne towards Gateshhead to capture the new buildings that have been set up there.
But when I arrive the market traders were still there and I could not get to the point that I wanted, so I had to re think.
The light was fading, but it was soft and beautiful, so I started to experiment with Images of the High Level Bridge. This is the result. The shape of the bridge almost gives an illusion of an image within an image.
Although it was calm that evening it was also bitterly cold..... at last winter is coming!
