Sometimes I manage to be in the right place at the right time. This image was taken shortly before 4:30 am. The sun had not yet risen, but the sky was already full of colour.

High clouds at sunrise always result in beautiful colours spreading across the skies. In this image the sky is matched by the colours reflected in the water of Ullswater.
