Gullfoss
So, here is Gullfoss in all its double cascade glory. For just a few minutes the sun came out while we were there and the rainbow appeared in the spray - it was beautiful.
As you walk down to the water fall to get into touching distance of the water, the spray soaks into your clothes within minutes. The one thing missing in this image is the noise, the wonderfully loud rumbling noise that is constant and fills your head.
